Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Any) & MBA Preferred



   Prior Experience & specific skills  


  •   5 years+ experience in managing key account customers
  •    Exposure to Multi-National Culture | Work-environment
  •    Planning and developing a Business Plan to grow profitable sales
  •    Confidence to handle Internal| External Customer Complaints over email/ phone/ web-interface
  •    Lead the interface with customers and ensure all communication is handled in a professional and positive manner



   Role & Responsibilities


  •    Sales Budget: Setting and achieving sales budget for assigned customers based on approved DGP.
  •    Presentation: Use Market Trends, Euromonitor Data, Store Audits and competitor intelligence to develop NPD concepts that are market leading.
  •    Quotations: Prepare quotes for customers, and prepare rationale for the cost breakdown to manage the negotiation tactics.
  •    Project Management via Key Data Schedules
  •    Communicate and Co-ordinate with customer & internal parties (R&D and Technical Departments) for technical consumer panel testing, regulatory approvals, and ensure that related customer queries are responded in a timely manner. Handling all customer complaints and addressing these with a degree of urgency.
  •    Co-Ordinate Packaging: Work with Packaging Manager and suppliers to provide the customer with innovative designs, best cost and service.
