Qualifications
|
- Minimum degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Preference will be given to those with design skills (Adobe Iilustrator).
- Proficent (spoken and written) in English, Malay and Chinese (preferable, but not mandotory).

Prior Experience & specific skills
|
- 2-5 years’ experience in marketing field will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Multi- National Culture | Work-environment.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Able to work well with customers and internal colleagues.

Job Scope
|
- The Key Account Executive is responsible to support Key Account Managers in daily Sales / Customer Service Operational activities.
|
Key Responsibilities
|
- Administrative work – completing forms, letters, reports
- Update customer’s files, record and samples.
- Liaising with internal departments and external parties – by phone/email.
- Coordinating with various internal and external parties to ensure customers’ requirements are met on timely basis
- Reviewing and analysing Purchase Orders and Inventory Reports.
- Preparation and dispatch of product mock-ups and samples and monitoring receipt by customer.
- Assist the Key Account Manager to respond to customer’s enquiries / complaints.
- Assist the Key Account Manager in the preparation of sales proposals / meeting reports.
- Assist the Key Account Manager in New Product Development and new product launches (1st production run)
- Assist the Key Account Manager in sourcing products and costing new product development.
