Qualifications
|
- Possess at least a diploma/degree in Human Resource or equivalent qualification with relevant experience

Prior Experience & specific skills
|
- Previous experience for at least 3 years in related field
- Familiar with payroll system, preferably Sage Easy Pay
- Exposure to Multi- National Culture | Work-environment.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Able to work well with customers and internal colleagues.

Job Scope
|
- The Payroll Executive is responsible to process and maintain accurate payroll and document trail
|
Key Responsibilities
|
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing
- Prepare monthly payroll submission to bank and statistics reports to internal and management reporting
- Ensure the employee payroll and ad-hoc payments are handled in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Coordinate with the accounts department for the preparation of cheque payments / bank transfer for resigned staffs
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly and yearly statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax – MTD, e-E – Return Form of an Employer, C.P.8D) to the relevant authorities
- Process and file statutory reports/forms.
- Issuance of payroll related forms and slips (e.g. payslips, EA form)
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and journals timely
- Understand and abreast with changes in local laws regulating compensation practices to maintain compliance with government regulations
- Administering employee leave, expenses claims, allowances and overtime payments
- Liaise with the relevant authorities on expatriate tax computation and any employee related taxes, if any
- Assist in analyzing current benefits, evaluating the usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, and competitive trends in benefit programs
- Update and maintain employee personal records.
- Update and maintain proper HR filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
