Job Title: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Location: SEKSYEN 16, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR

Qualifications

  •    Minimum diploma in any field.
  •    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  •    Preference will be given to those with design skills (Adobe Iilustrator).
  •    Proficent (spoken and written) in English, Malay and Chinese                 (preferable, but not mandotory).

 

Prior Experience & specific skills  

 

  •    2-5 years’ experience in marketing field will be an added advantage.
  •    Exposure to Multi- National Culture | Work-environment.
  •    Good Communication Skills.
  •    Able to work well with customers and internal colleagues.

 

Job Scope

 

The Product Development Executive is responsible to support Key Account Managers in product development , project management of new product/range launch .

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1.    Product Development (commercial) Support
  •    Assist & support the Key Account Manager in the NPDs (new product     development – including samples submission, courier arrangements ,     panel tests etc (Actual product development/formulation will be done       by R & D team)
  •    Assist the Key Account Manager in sourcing for products and costing       for new product developments
  •    Responsible for timely updates & monitoring of key tasks in new             product launches 
  •    Responsible for overall product/project management of new launch
  •    Act as the main coordinator with various internal and external parties       to ensure customers’ requirements are met on a timely basis
  •    Preparation of weekly reports 
  •    Assist Customer Service in Sales Order Processing when required

 

  1.    Sales Administration/Sales Support
  •    Sales admin documentation - eg forms , letters ,reports , etc.
  •    Maintenance of customers files , records and samples ,
  •    Liaising with internal departments and external parties
  •    Assist with Sales Department’s activities and functions
  •    Assist the Key Account Manager to respond to customer’s enquiries &     related issues
  •    Assist the Key Account Manager in the preparation of sales proposals     / meeting reports
  •    Retrieving, updating, analysis of Customers Purchase Orders (Sales) ,    weekly reporting and other misc reports 
  •    Any ad-hoc tasks & reporting as required by reporting superior (Key         Account Manager)
